When You Arrive
Here is what your first few minutes will look like, so nothing catches you off guard.
Parking and the door
We have one parking lot, right next to the building. Park anywhere you like. There are no special visitor spaces to hunt for.
From the lot, you will see the one door into the building. Walk right in. Every space in our building is ADA accessible.
Who you will meet
Someone will greet you at the door and say hello. A few feet inside is our welcome center, where you will get a name tag. Everybody gets one, guests and regulars alike.
Coffee and breakfast
Coffee and breakfast are set out around 10:15 every Sunday, and they are open to everyone, including first-time guests. It is a hearty breakfast. Most Sundays that means a breakfast casserole and yogurt parfaits.
Kids
Infants and preschoolers check in and get picked up the same way. Grade schoolers are a little different.

What to Expect on a Sunday
Morning
A quick look at the teaching, the music, what people wear, and what happens with your kids.
What about the Teaching?
We teach straight through the Bible with clarity and conviction. Sermons are text-driven, thoughtful, and practical, designed to help you understand what Scripture actually says and how it applies to real life.
Most sermons run about 40 minutes within an 80-minute service.
What is the Music like?
Our music is laid-back and Americana in feel. We sing songs that are theologically grounded and meant to be sung together, not performed at you.
What is the Dress and the Vibe?
Most people dress casually so t-shirts and jeans are normal. You’ll see some pullovers, very few dresses, and no pressure to look a certain way.
If you’re new, nobody will single you out or put you on the spot.

Children’s Ministry
We offer children’s ministry during the service for:
- Infants (entire service)
- Preschool (entire service)
- Grade School (during sermon only)
Our goal is age-appropriate teaching that helps kids begin to understand the Bible in a safe, attentive environment.
Student Ministry
Our student ministry meets Sunday nights in homes. It’s relational, discussion-based, and focused on helping students think clearly about faith in everyday life.
Where We Are
675 W. Hidden Creek Parkway, Burleson, TX
Our building is located right next to Chisenhall Fields. Our name was formerly South Burleson Baptist Church, so your map might still be getting used to it.
Even though our name changed, our commitment to Scripture didn’t. Chisenhall Fellowship exists in continuity with that history while moving forward with clarity about who we are and who we’re trying to reach.

We can’t promise everything will feel comfortable, but we can promise you’ll be welcomed, taught from the Bible, and invited into real community at your own pace.
